Daniel Regan is a nationally recognized recovery advocate, speaker, and founder of NJCTP. Drawing from his personal journey and years of frontline experience, Daniel is dedicated to transforming the behavioral health system through ethical reform, legislative advocacy, and community-driven care.

Mario Monticciolo is a respected leader in the behavioral health space. With a strong background in healthcare operations and finance, he’s known for driving client-centered care and expanding access to quality mental health and addiction treatment. His leadership has helped establish numerous centers as trusted names in behavioral health.

Reverend Raul Ruiz serves as a Trustee for NJCTP, bringing decades of experience in grassroots organizing, legislative strategy, and faith-based advocacy. With deep ties to both community and government, Rev. Ruiz guides our coalition in navigating the political landscape to push forward meaningful, client-centered reform in New Jersey’s behavioral health system.

Bishop - Jevah Louis Richardson, attended and graduated from TET Christian Academy located in Jersey City, New Jersey. Upon entering High School, he began his religious systematic studies at the Jersey City Bible Institute. Currently, enrolled with the Mccreary Center, a subsidiary of Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland Ohio. In pursuit of a Doctorate Degree in Theology.
