Reverend Raul Ruiz serves as the Political Advisor for NJCTP, bringing decades of experience in grassroots organizing, legislative strategy, and faith-based advocacy. With deep ties to both community and government, Rev. Ruiz guides our coalition in navigating the political landscape to push forward meaningful, client-centered reform in New Jersey’s behavioral health system.
